PREOBRAZBA NAJEMNIŠKEGA STANOVANJA - prej in potem // RENTAL APARTMENT MAKEOVER - before and after

Kljub temu, da trenutno ne iščem stanovanja za selitev, še vedno spremljam kakšno je stanje na trgu in večino časa sem zgrožena kakšna stanovanja ljudje oddajajo in za kakšno ceno. O tem se nekaj besed napisala že v eni starejši objavi, ko sem na blogu predstavljala kako sem preuredila najino prejšnje stanovanje - objavo si lahko ogledaš TUKAJ.

No, lepo urejena stanovanja so večinoma predraga, cenejša pa premajhna in/ali pa zelo neprimerno opremljena. Ravno zaradi tega mi je bilo zelo všeč, ko sva naletela na stanovanje, ki praktično ni imelo opreme. V tem stanovanju je bila opremljena le stara kopalnica in manjša kuhinja, v dnevnem delu je bilo tudi nekaj malega pohištva, ki sva ga prestavila v klet oz. ga je lastnik odpeljal.

Even though I'm not looking for a new rental apartment at the moment, I'm still checking what's on the market and most of the time I'm horrified what kind of apartments people rent out and for what price. I already wrote a few words about this in one blog post, when I showed you how I rearranged our previous apartment - you can check the blog post HERE.

Well, nice apartments are pretty much overpriced, the more affordable ones are way too small and/or equipped with a very bed furniture. This was the reason I liked this apartment with almost no furniture inside. At the beginning there was only an old bathroom and a small kitchen. There were also a few pieces of furniture in the living area, but we put them in the basement or the owner took it away.

Selitev v stanovanje / Moving in

DNEVNI IN SPALNI DEL

Zelo mi je (bilo) všeč, da se vse potrebno nahaja v enem prostoru. Ločeni sta le kopalnica in predsoba. Tako sem imela pri opremljanju še več svobode kot sicer, prostor lepo diha in ne deluje utesnjen. Ni mi všeč, da je v najbolj svetlem delu stanovanja spalni del, ampak drugače ni šlo. Spalni del sem od dnevnega prostora ločila z visokim elementom Kallax iz Ikee, ki omogoča, da v dnevni del še vedno prehaja naravna svetloba, a hkrati omogoča, da določene dele zaprem in tako ustvarim v spalnem delu nekaj zasebnosti.

LIVING AND SLEEPING AREA

In this apartment, I really like that it has an open plan. Only the bathroom and the entrance area are separated. The open space gave us more freedom with organizing the furniture, also it feels more airy and we don't feel cramped inside. I don't like that the sleeping area is in the brightest part of the apartment, but that was the only option at that moment. I separated the sleeping area from the living room with a tall Kallax shelf unit from Ikea, which still allows the natural light to pass through to the living area, but at the same time I can close certain parts to create some privacy in the sleeping area.

JEDILNICA

Jedilno mizo sva kupila že za prejšnje stanovanje, stoli pa sva dobila kot vselitveno darilo od mojih staršev, ampak izbrala sem jih jaz. :D Bili so super, pred kratkim pa je enemu počil naslon. :/ Ker sva v kuhinji potrebovala dodatno površino, sva ožji prehod zaprla s paleto, ki služi kot barček. Na njej je zložena pijača in koktejl kozarci. :)

DINING AREA

We already bought the dining table for our previous apartment and the chairs were the welcoming gift from my parents, but I chose them. They were great, but recently one of them broke on the back. :/ Because we needed an additional working area in the kitchen, we closed the narrow passage with a wooden pallet that serves as a bar. There is a stack of drinks and cocktail glasses on it. :)

KUHINJA

Pri kuhinji sem bolj kot na lepoto, morala gledati na to, da bo uporabna in da bo imela vse kar potrebujeva. In seveda nisva želela vložiti preveč denarja v njo. Lastnik je imel še en kos pulta v kleti, katerega sva postavila pravokotno na obstoječi niz, ampak tako, da je pomivalno korito še vedno dostopno in uporabno. Pod nov pult sva postavila pomivalni stroj, ki sva ga imela še iz prejšnjega stanovanja in rabljeno pečico kupljeno prek interneta. Na nasprotno stran pa sva dodala še nizko omarico za shranjevanje.

KITCHEN

When organizing the kitchen, I had in mind that it must be practical and it must have all we need, more than "looking good". And we didn't want to invest too much money in it. The owner of the apartment had another piece of the countertop in the basement. We placed it perpendicular to the existing one, but so that the sink is still accessible and usable. Underneath the countertop, we set up the dishwasher we already had from the previous apartment and the secondhand oven we bought online. On the opposite side, we added a lower cupboard.

MOJ DELOVNI KOTIČEK

Delovni kotiček sem si uredila v delu stanovanja, kjer je bil nekoč balkon. Zelo bi bila vesela, če bi tudi ostal balkon, a po drugi strani se ne bom pritoževala nad dodatnimi 3m2 stanovanja, ki jih uporabljam praktično vsak dan. ;)

MY WORKING AREA

I arranged my working area in a part of the apartment that used to be a balcony. I would be very happy if this place would stay the balcony, but on the other hand, I'll not complain about the additional 3m2 of the apartment that I use practically every day. ;)

KOPALNICA

Prostor, ki mi je najmanj všeč. Staro opremo kopalnice je težko polepšati brez večjega vložka, sem pa v prostor vnesla nekaj dodatkov, ki so bili potrebni in prostor vsaj malo osvežijo. Prva stvar, ki sem jo želela v kopalnici? Prebarvanje stropa v belo!

BATHROOM

And this is the room I like the least. It's hard to make an old bathroom pretty on a budget, but I put some pieces that we need and that refresh the bathroom just a little bit. The first thing I wanted for the bathroom? Painting the ceiling in white!

OTROŠKI KOTIČEK
